Challenge
Create an integrated national campaign for SUBWAY® stores across the UK and Ireland

 

Insight
We needed to build ‘brand love’ amongst our target audience by championing the notion of ‘fresh food fast’ and breaking the notion that fast food is junk food.

 

Execution
We developed a brand-led strategy to build on the SUBWAY® stores unique points of difference versus their fast food competition. The retail campaign consisted of in-store POP suites supporting two promotions; Steak & Pepper Cheese and SUB OF THE DAY®. Within the suites, the POP materials for the SUB OF THE DAY® range and logo has been refreshed, across all POP channels including window clings, translites and A1 frame posters. Additional POP materials were created for regions to order, including staff recommendation tent cards and new uniforms to add leverage to the campaign in-store.

 

Results
73 POP items (including a staff instruction manual) designed, artworked and printed in 3 weeks and delivered to over 1400 stores across the UK and Ireland
